Generate API Credentials

Create API credentials to authenticate with the Gorgias API.

Access REST API Settings

Log in to your Gorgias account, then click the ⚙ Settings icon in the bottom left sidebar and navigate to Advanced > REST API.

Copy Your Email Address

Your email address is displayed as the Username. Copy this value and paste it into the Email field in StackOne.

Copy Your API Key

Your API key is displayed as the Password (API Key). Click Copy to copy the API key and paste it into the API Key field in StackOne. If you need a new key, click Reset to generate a fresh one.

Retrieve Your Gorgias Subdomain

Identify your Gorgias subdomain, which is used to construct API requests.

Find Your Subdomain

Your Gorgias subdomain is the first part of your Gorgias URL. For example, if your Gorgias URL is https://mycompany.gorgias.com, then your subdomain is mycompany.

Enter the Subdomain

Enter your Gorgias subdomain (e.g., mycompany) in the Subdomain field.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Subdomain
  • Email
  • API Key

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
