bug-fixPointed the connection guide’s Google Cloud console link at the console home page so it matches the navigation the step describes, and added a warning covering the first-time Google Maps Platform account setup that otherwise blocks access to Keys & Credentials and the API Library.

Multi-host per-step routing, classic-vs-new key injection (query vs X-Goog-Api-Key), datetime_string typing for RFC3339 params, validationRules for required one-of inputs, get_place_photo dual JSON/binary handling, and a connection guide with screenshots for creating/restricting the key and enabling the required APIs.
