auth breaking data-sync guideGCP Project ID is now required and checked when connecting an account, and actions that take a project use it by default (accounts connected earlier must still pass project until they add it). Added a connection guide for finding the GCP Project ID. Added data sync for predefined roles, service accounts, secrets and project custom roles. Migrated to authRequirements for per-auth-type scope control.
