auth breaking data-sync guideAdded data sync for Pub/Sub topics, subscriptions and schemas, and Cloud SQL instances, so these records can be pulled into StackOne on a schedule with paging handled automatically. All four sync in full on every run, because neither API offers an updated-since filter. Migrated to authRequirements for per-auth-type scope control. The OAuth setup guide and the default sign-in request now ask only for the Cloud SQL Admin and Pub/Sub scopes the actions need.
