Find your company domain

Your company domain identifies your Freshsales organization.

  • Check your browser address bar when signed in to Freshsales.
  • Example: if your URL is https://mycompany.myfreshworks.com, your company domain is mycompany

Get your Freshsales API token

Generate an API token from your Freshsales account settings.

Sign in to Freshsales

Sign in to your Freshsales account.

  • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • Click Personal Settings.

Navigate to API Settings

From Personal Settings, click API in the top navigation bar.

Copy your API key

Under CRM API DETAILS, copy your API Key and store it securely for use later.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key
  • Domain (Bundle Alias)

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
