Your API key is shown in account settings and grants access to your recruitment data. Keep it secure and never share it publicly.

Generate your API credentials

Retrieve your API key and Company Key from your Flatchr account.

Open advanced settings

Sign in to Flatchr, then open Advanced Settings and select the Advanced > API section.

Copy the API key and Company Key

Copy your API key and your Company Key. Store them securely.

Find your subdomain slug

The slug is the subdomain of your Flatchr career site.

Locate the subdomain

Under Settings > Advanced > Subdomain Configuration, note your subdomain. For a career site at https://flatchr.flatchr.io the slug is flatchr.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key
  • Company ID
  • Subdomain

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
