Generate API Credentials
FastSpring uses HTTP Basic Authentication with a username and password generated from the FastSpring Dashboard.

Sign in to FastSpring
Sign in to your FastSpring Dashboard.

Open APIs
In the left sidebar, click Developer Tools, then select APIs.

Open the API Credentials tab
The APIs page opens on the Log tab. Click API Credentials.

Create new credentials
Click Create (or Reset Credentials if the store already has credentials) to generate a new API username and password.

Copy the Username and Password
FastSpring shows the new Username and Password in a New API access information box.
- Copy the Username and paste it into the API Username field in StackOne Hub
- Copy the Password and paste it into the API Password field in StackOne Hub
- FastSpring only displays your password during the initial creation session
- Store both credentials securely as the password cannot be retrieved later
- If you lose your password, you must reset your credentials and update all dependent integrations
Link the Account

Connect
- Click Connect.
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup.

Use Actions
Connect an AI platform to the linked account’s actions. See AI Platforms.Other ways to call actions are listed in Protocols & SDKs.
