Generating an API token requires access to the Eurécia admin area (Espace admin). If the API (web-services) section is not shown, contact Eurécia support to activate the feature.

Generating an API token

The API Token is a persistent token that identifies the Eurécia user the integration acts as. Requests run with the rights of that user, so generate it for a user with enough rights for the data you want to sync. The Eurécia interface is in French; labels below are shown as they appear in the app.

1

Sign in to Eurécia

Sign in to your Eurécia account.

  • Open the admin area (Espace admin).
2

Open the employee sheet

Navigate to Salariés & Utilisateurs > Fiche salarié and open the employee sheet of the user the integration will act as.

  • Open the Administration tab.
3

Generate and save the token

In the API (web-services) section, click the icon to generate a new token.

  • Click Valider, then save the employee sheet.
  • Copy the generated token and store it securely for use later.
  • Paste it into the API Token field in StackOne Hub.

Using a user profile token instead

Instead of a token for one user, you can generate a token for a user profile, so requests run with the rights of that profile.

  • Navigate to Espace admin > Paramètres généraux > Fiche société and open the Paramètres tab.
  • In the API section, click the icon to generate a new token and select the user profile that will connect to the API with it.
  • Click valider la ligne, then save the page.
  • At least one existing user must be attached to the selected user profile.
  • Paste the token into the API Token field in StackOne Hub.

Avoiding an authentication block

Eurécia temporarily blocks your IP address after several requests with an invalid token.

  • After several invalid authentication attempts within 15 minutes, all authentication requests from that IP address are rejected for 60 minutes, including ones with a valid token.
  • Double-check the token before connecting the account.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.
