guide description-fixImproved the OAuth 2.0 connection guides — listed the specific API scopes to enable (the reads the connection test needs, full read coverage, and the writes each mutating action requires), clarified that the application name is an example rather than a fixed value, and corrected the Organisation ID section to retrieve the API organisation UUID from GET /api/v1/organisations instead of the platform ID in the web app URL. Replaced the Organisation ID placeholder with an example UUID.

new-featureEnabled scheduled data sync on twelve list actions — employees, organisations, employing entities, work locations, work sites, teams, certifications, custom fields, cost centres, policies, leave categories and leave requests — so these collections can be kept in sync and searched without calling Employment Hero on every request. Each syncs by full refresh, because the Employment Hero API exposes no updated-since filter on any endpoint.
