Required scope and eligibility

Egnyte webhooks require the Egnyte.webhooks OAuth scope — it lets StackOne register, update, and delete webhook subscriptions on the connected account. Without it, no events can be provisioned.

How webhooks are set up

Egnyte delivers events through its native Webhooks API and StackOne provisions them automatically — there is no webhook screen to configure in Egnyte and no URL to paste. When you enable events in the StackOne dashboard for this connected account, StackOne registers a single Egnyte webhook covering every event type you selected. Disable events or disconnect the account to unsubscribe.

Verify

Your Connector should now be able to receive and process events. Try triggering an event and you should see an Event appear in the Connector logs.
