Admin access to your EasyLlama account is required to generate an API Access Token.

Generating an API Access Token

To connect EasyLlama with StackOne, you’ll need to generate an API Access Token from your EasyLlama Dashboard.

Sign in to your EasyLlama Dashboard

Sign in to your EasyLlama Dashboard with your admin credentials.

Open Settings and Integrations

In the left sidebar, scroll down to the Others section, click Settings to expand it, then select Integrations.

Connect the API Integration

On the Integrations page, locate the API tile and click Connect to open the API dialog, then register the StackOne redirect URL.

  • Enter an Application Name to identify the integration (for example, StackOne Integration).
  • In the Redirect URL field, enter https://api.stackone.com/connect/oauth2/easyllama/callback.
  • Click Save to register the integration.

Open the Access Tokens Screen

After you click Save, EasyLlama takes you to the Access Tokens screen. You can also reopen it later from the connected API tile — click its three-dot menu (⋮) and select Access Tokens.

Create the Access Token

On the Access Tokens screen, click Create Access Token and give it a name to identify its purpose (for example, StackOne Integration).

Copy and Store the Access Token

Copy your new Access Token immediately and store it securely. This Bearer token will be used for all API calls to EasyLlama.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Access Token

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
