You must have Databricks account admin privileges. This token is scoped exclusively to account-level SCIM endpoints.

Finding Your Account ID

The Account ID is a UUID required for all account-level API calls.

Sign in to the Account Console

Copy your Account ID

Click your user avatar in the top-right corner. Your Account ID is shown under My account — click the copy icon next to it.

Generating a SCIM Token

The SCIM token grants access only to the account-level SCIM provisioning API for managing users, groups, and service principals.

Navigate to User Provisioning

In the left sidebar, click Security, then click the User provisioning tab.

Enable User Provisioning

If not already enabled, click Enable user provisioning under the External API identity provider sync section.

Copy the SCIM Token

The page displays the SCIM Token. Copy it and paste it into the SCIM Token field in StackOne. If you need a new token, click Regenerate token.

Rotating the SCIM Token

If you need to rotate the token, navigate to Security > User provisioning and click Regenerate token. The previous token remains valid for 24 hours after regeneration.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Account ID
  • SCIM Token

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
