data-sync new-featureEnabled scheduled data sync on List Collaborations, so the set of organizations the connected user belongs to can be kept in sync and read without calling CircleCI on every request. It refreshes in full each run, because /me/collaborations returns the whole set in one call and exposes no updated-since filter. No other list action qualifies - every other collection endpoint in the CircleCI API requires an organization or project scope, which a sync schedule cannot enumerate.
