Obtain Your Subdomain

Locate the subdomain from your CezanneHR account URL.

Identify Your Subdomain

Find the portion of your URL appearing before .cezanneondemand.com and after https://.

  • Format: https://{subdomain}.cezanneondemand.com
  • Example: If your URL is https://w3.cezanneondemand.com, your subdomain is w3

Create an Application

Create an authorised application in CezanneHR to obtain your API credentials.

Access Authorised Applications

Sign into your CezanneHR account and navigate to Administration > Security Settings > Authorised Applications.

Add New Application

Click Add New to create a new application.

  • Enter a Name and Description for the application
  • Click Ok

Configure Application Settings

Configure the application permissions, service account, and callback URL.

  • Select a Service Account User
  • Check the Enable All Users checkbox to permit any service user authentication (optional)
  • In the Application Scopes section, enable Token Information (required for authentication)
  • Enable API Read Access (required for data retrieval)
  • In the Allowed Callbacks field, enter: https://api.stackone.com/connect/oauth2/cezannehr/callback

Save and Record Credentials

Click Save and note the Client ID and Client Secret displayed. Store these securely for use later.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Subdomain
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
