Generate Personal Access Token
Create a personal access token for API authentication in your Calendly account.

Navigate to API Settings
Access the API & Webhooks section to manage API access.
- Sign in to your Calendly account
- From the Calendly home page, click Integrations & apps in the left sidebar
- Click on the API and webhooks card

Create Personal Access Token
Generate and save your new access token.
- Scroll to the Personal Access Tokens section
- Click Generate New Token button
- In the popup dialog, enter a token name in the Add a name field (e.g., “StackOne Integration”)
- Click Create token button
- ⚠️ CRITICAL: The token is displayed only once
- Copy the entire token value immediately (starts with
eyJhbGc...) - Store it securely in a password manager
- Note: If lost, you must revoke and create a new token
Link the Account

Connect
- Click Connect.
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup.

Use Actions
