Get Your Cal.com API Key

Generate an API key from your Cal.com account settings.

Access API Key Settings

Navigate to the API key settings in Cal.com.

Create API Key

Generate a new API key for StackOne integration.

  • Click + Add button in the upper right corner
  • Enter a Name for your API key (e.g., “StackOne Integration”)
  • Optionally set an expiration date or toggle Never expires
  • Click Save to generate the key

Copy API Key

Save your API key securely.

  • Copy the generated API key immediately
  • API keys start with cal_ (test) or cal_live_ (live)
  • Store the key securely - it won’t be shown again

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
