Added 10 actions — a session replay surface replacing the deprecated rrweb get_session_recording, certificate upload and list that make proxySettings.caCertificates usable, plus fetch_page, web_search, list_downloads and upload_extension. Expanded create_session with full proxy and browserSettings support, documented the Enterprise gate on browserSettings.os, added an optional project selector to four actions, and fixed the web_search result mapping. Added a connection guide.
