Administrator access to Bloomerang is required to generate an API key. The private key grants full read/write access to all data in your Bloomerang database.

Generate an API key

Create a v2.0 API key from your Bloomerang user settings.

Sign in to Bloomerang

Sign in to your Bloomerang account with an Administrator user account.

  • Click the user icon in the upper-right corner.
  • Select Edit My User from the dropdown menu.

Generate the API key

Scroll down to the API Key v2.0 section on the Edit My User page.

  • Click the Generate button.
  • Enter a name for the API key (e.g., StackOne Integration).
  • Click Generate to create the key.
  • Copy the API key immediately and store it securely — it will not be shown again.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
