new-feature auth guideAdded create_bills_bulk to create up to 100 bills in one call, and upload_bill_document, get_document_upload_status and list_bill_documents to attach a file to a bill and follow the upload. Added a Sync Token sign-in option for BILL users who sign in with single sign-on and have no password.

data-sync new-featureAdded scheduled Data Sync to twelve collection actions: bills, vendors, customers, invoices, payments, bank accounts, chart of accounts, items, accounting classes, departments, locations and payment terms. These collections can now be kept in sync and searched without calling BILL on every request. Every sync refreshes in full on each run, because BILL exposes change tracking only through its combined filters expression. Sending sort or filters together with a page token is now rejected with a clear message, since BILL does not accept that combination.
