Sign In to Basecamp
Sign in to your Basecamp account to locate your Account ID, which can be used to scope the integration to a specific Basecamp organisation.

Access Basecamp
Navigate to Basecamp and sign in with your credentials.
Find Your Account ID
Your Account ID uniquely identifies your Basecamp organisation. Providing it scopes API requests to a specific account.

Locate the Account ID in the Browser URL
Your Account ID is visible in the browser address bar once you are signed in to Basecamp.
- Look at the URL in your browser’s address bar
- The Account ID is the number immediately after the domain
- Format: https://app.basecamp.com/{ACCOUNT_ID}/…
- Example: In
https://app.basecamp.com/1234567/projects, the Account ID is1234567
Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub
Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields
Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
- Account ID (Optional)

Connect
- Click Connect
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
