Avionté issues API credentials only to subscribed clients and Certified Integration partners. Request access from your Avionté representative before connecting.

Obtain your Avionté API credentials

Once API access is approved, Avionté sends a document containing the credentials required to call the BOLD Front Office API.

1

Request API access

Avionté clients submit a request at https://info.avionte.com/avionte-api-access. Third-party software vendors apply through the Certified Integration Program at https://info.avionte.com/avionte-certified-integration.

2

Copy the credentials into StackOne

Enter the values from the credentials document into the matching fields.

  • Client ID and Client Secret identify the partner authorization client.
  • API Key is sent in the x-api-key header on every request to the Avionté API Gateway.
  • Tenant is the short tenant code (typically 3 to 12 characters) of the Avionté client whose data you access.
  • Front Office Tenant ID is the integer tenant identifier. Back Office v3 actions require it.
  • Scope is the token scope Avionté issued. Leave it blank for the BOLD Front Office default.
