Find your data region

Your data region identifies the Autodesk data center where your BIM 360 / ACC / Forma account is hosted. It is sent as the Region / x-ads-region header on region-aware endpoints.

  • Sign in to your Autodesk Construction Cloud account.
  • Check your browser address bar — the domain identifies the region.
  • United States: acc.autodesk.comUS
  • Canada: acc.can.autodesk.comCAN
  • Europe: acc.autodesk.euEMEA
  • United Kingdom: acc.gbr.autodesk.comGBR
  • Germany: acc.deu.autodesk.comDEU
  • India: acc.ind.autodesk.comIND
  • Japan: acc.jpn.autodesk.comJPN
  • Australia: acc.aus.autodesk.comAUS
  • See the ACC regions reference for the full list.

Find your account ID (optional)

The account ID is the BIM 360 / ACC hub ID without the b. prefix. It is only needed for account-admin actions (listing account users, projects, companies) and can be left empty for user-scoped Data Management workflows.

  • After connecting, run the list_hubs action to retrieve available hubs.
  • Each hub ID starts with b. — remove that prefix to get the account ID.
  • Example: hub ID b.c8b0c73d-3ae9-4b5f-a1c2-d33e44f55g66 becomes account ID c8b0c73d-3ae9-4b5f-a1c2-d33e44f55g66
  • Alternatively, find the account ID in your BIM 360 Account Admin URL or via Autodesk support.
