Your Reach 360 API key is displayed only once when you generate it — copy it immediately. If you navigate away before copying, you must delete the key and generate a new one.

Generate a Reach 360 API key

Reach 360 authenticates API requests with an API key sent as a bearer token. Generate
the key in your Reach 360 admin area, then paste it — along with your data region —
into StackOne Hub.

1

Sign in to Reach 360

Sign in to your Reach 360 account and open your team.

2

Open API key settings

Navigate to Manage > Settings, then click Manage API Keys.

3

Generate a new key

Click Generate New Key, enter a name for the key, then click Generate Key.

  • Use a descriptive name so you can identify the integration later (for example StackOne).
  • A best practice is to generate one key per integration, so it can be revoked independently.
4

Copy the API key

Copy the API key that is displayed and store it securely.

  • This will be your only chance to copy the key. If you navigate away from this page before copying the key, you must delete it and generate a new one.
  • Reach 360 Support will never ask for your API key.
5

Choose your data region

Reach 360 is hosted in one of two regions. The Region you select determines the
API host StackOne calls, so it must match where your Reach 360 account is hosted.

  • Global — for accounts hosted at https://api.reach360.com
  • EU — for accounts hosted at https://api.reach360.eu
6

Add your credentials to StackOne Hub

In StackOne Hub, complete the connection fields:

  • Region — select Global or EU to match your Reach 360 account.
  • API Key — paste the API key you copied from Reach 360.
