Admin access to your Aircall account is required to generate an API key. Integrations and API access are managed at the company level.

Generating an API Key

To connect Aircall with StackOne, generate an API key pair (API ID and API Token) from your Aircall dashboard.

1

Sign in and open Integrations & API

Sign in to your Aircall dashboard as an admin user.

  • In the left-hand menu, click Integrations & API.
  • Click on the API Keys tab.
2

Generate a new API key

Click the Generate an API key button to open the key creation dialog.

  • Enter a descriptive Key name (e.g., StackOne Integration).
  • Click Confirm to finalize the creation.
3

Copy the API ID and API Token

After confirming, Aircall displays two values — the API ID and the API Token. Copy both and store them securely for use later.

  • The API ID is used as the Basic Auth username.
  • The API Token is used as the Basic Auth password.
  • Important: The API Token is shown only once. If you lose it, you will need to generate a new API key — Aircall cannot retrieve it for you.
  • Keep the API key confidential. Anyone with access to it can make requests against your Aircall account.
