Configure the Aha! Activity Webhook

Aha! uses Activity Webhooks to deliver real-time notifications whenever records are created, updated or deleted. Follow the steps below to configure the webhook and begin receiving events.

Sign in to your Aha! account

Sign in to your Aha! account using credentials that have an administrator or account owner role.

Navigate to Account Settings

Open the Account settings page from the top-right navigation menu.

  • Click your avatar icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  • Click Account in the left sidebar.

Open Integrations

Locate the Integrations section within the Account settings page.

  • In the left sidebar, use the search bar to search for Integrations.
  • Select Integrations from the search results.

Install the Activity Webhook

Add a new Activity Webhook integration to your Aha! account.

  • Click the + icon button to add a new integration.
  • Search for Webhook in the integration search box.
  • Hover over the Activity Webhook block and click Install.

Configure and enable the Activity Webhook

Set up the webhook URL, select the activities to monitor, assign users and enable the webhook.

  • In the Hook URL field, paste the Native Webhook URL you copied from StackOne.
  • Under Activities, select a Workspace from the dropdown, then choose the Record type you wish to monitor (e.g. Features, Epics, Releases) and click Add Activity. Repeat this for all record types you wish to receive events for.
  • Under Fields, keep the selection set to All Fields.
  • Under Selected Users, choose a user from the dropdown and click Add User. Add all users whose changes should trigger webhook events.
  • Tick Validate certificate to verify your server’s HTTPS/TLS certificate.
  • Tick Reduce webhook delay to lower the grouping delay from up to 5 minutes to approximately 5 seconds. This may increase the volume of messages you receive. Delivery may still be delayed during periods of high activity.
  • Tick Enable to activate the webhook.
  • Click Save to apply your changes.

Verify

Your Connector should now be able to receive and process events. Try triggering an event and you should see an Event appear in the Connector logs.
