Authorize the connection as a Vault Super Admin. Zoho makes the admins of your Zoho organization Super Admins in Vault automatically. Zoho says an Admin can do everything except user management and does not say which role may list users through the API, so with an Admin or User the connection may be refused or may not see every user. The connection only reads users and user groups. Zoho lists user management from the Standard plan and user groups from the Professional plan, so reading user groups needs Professional or above.

Find your Data Center

The Data Center is the Zoho region that hosts your Vault account. It is part of the address you use to open Zoho Vault.

1

Sign in to Zoho Vault

Sign in to your Zoho Vault account and read the domain in your browser address bar.

  • United States (US): vault.zoho.com
  • Europe (EU): vault.zoho.eu
  • India (IN): vault.zoho.in
  • Australia (AU): vault.zoho.com.au
  • Japan (JP): vault.zoho.jp
  • Singapore (SG): vault.zoho.sg
  • Canada (CA): vault.zohocloud.ca
  • Saudi Arabia (SA): vault.zoho.sa
  • United Kingdom (UK): vault.zoho.uk
  • United Arab Emirates (AE): vault.zoho.ae
  • China (CN): vault.zoho.com.cn
  • If your address shows another domain, this connection does not support your data center.
2

Select the Data Center

Choose the matching option in the Data Center field in StackOne Hub.

  • A Data Center that does not match your Vault address makes the connection fail. Check the address bar again and reconnect with the matching option.

Authorize the connection

After you select the Data Center, StackOne Hub opens Zoho’s authorization page for that region.

  • Sign in as the Vault Super Admin from the warning above. If Zoho shows you signed in as someone else, sign out first.
  • Review the requested read access to users and user groups, then accept the request.
  • StackOne then reads one user to test the connection. If Vault refuses, StackOne Hub shows Vault’s message.
  • An access token lasts 1 hour and StackOne refreshes it automatically.

Revoke access

To stop StackOne from reading your Vault account, revoke its access in Zoho.

  • The user who authorized signs in to Zoho Accounts, clicks Sessions in the left menu and scrolls to Connected Apps.
  • If Zoho does not take you to your own data center, open Zoho Accounts at accounts. followed by your Data Center domain, for example https://accounts.zoho.uk.
  • Hover over the app with the name shown when you authorized, click Revoke Access, then click Yes, Proceed.
  • The connection then fails until someone authorizes it again.
  • Zoho can also revoke it when that user changes their password or turns on multi-factor authentication and chooses to revoke connected apps.
