Generate an API token
TazAPI uses a JWT API token generated from an API Application in the TazAPI Developer Portal.

Register in the Developer Portal
Create an account in the TazAPI Developer Portal if you do not have one.
- Sign in at developer.tazworks.com
- A sample API application is available for the sandbox environment after registration

Create an API Application
API tokens are generated from an API Application. The application controls which API endpoints can be used and which CRA resources it can access.
- In the Developer Portal, create an application (test and production applications are separate)
- Generate an API token from the application
- Copy the token and store it securely
Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub
Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields
Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
- API Token

Connect
- Click Connect
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
