Prerequisites

The connector should already be set up, with a Connector Profile and a Linked Account. See Getting Started on the TalentLyft connector page.

Automatic webhook setup

StackOne creates and manages the webhook subscription automatically when the account is connected, and deletes it when the account is disconnected. TalentLyft has no webhook settings in its portal, so there is nothing to configure in TalentLyft.

1

What StackOne creates

One TalentLyft subscription that covers every event enabled in StackOne and posts to a StackOne URL unique to that account. Changing the enabled events replaces the subscription.

Available webhook events

The following TalentLyft events can be enabled. Only events selected in StackOne are added to the subscription, so TalentLyft will not deliver events that are not subscribed.

Delivery format

TalentLyft sends one notification per HTTP POST. Each notification has a Uid (the same on every retry), the event code in Topic, a Created timestamp, and a Payload array of the affected records (for example the candidate, application, job and stage). Failed deliveries are retried after 10 minutes, up to 5 attempts.

Verify

Your Connector should now be able to receive and process events. Try triggering an event and you should see an Event appear in the Connector logs.
