Generate your API key

Your SignWell API key authenticates every request this connection makes and is generated
from your workspace’s API settings.

Open API settings

Sign in to your SignWell account.

  • Click the Settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar, select API.

Create and copy the key

On the API page, click Create an API Key & Get Started.

  • The key appears in the Your API Key field. Click Copy to copy it.
  • The key stays visible on this page, so you can return to Settings > API at any time to copy it again.
  • Store it securely for use later.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key
  • API Application ID (optional) (Optional)

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account on your Accounts page.
