Obtain your Recruiterflow API Key

Recruiterflow API keys are issued by the Recruiterflow support team and are not self-service.

Contact Recruiterflow Support

Reach out via the in-app chat or email help@recruiterflow.com. Specify your workspace name and intended use case for the API key.

Receive your API Key

The Recruiterflow team will issue an API key for your workspace.

  • Store the key securely — it provides access to all workspace data.
  • The key is workspace-scoped (not per-user).

Paste your API key into the API Key field below.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
