Prerequisites
The connector should already be set up, with a Connector Profile and a Linked Account. See Getting Started on the Pipeliner CRM connector page.Automatic webhook setup
StackOne creates and manages the Pipeliner CRM webhook subscription automatically when the account is connected, and removes it when the account is disconnected. There is nothing to configure in Pipeliner CRM. The subscription is created by the same API application you connected with, so it only receives events for records that application has permission to read.
Available webhook events
The following Pipeliner CRM events can be enabled. Only events selected in StackOne are included in the subscription, and Pipeliner CRM does not deliver events that are not subscribed.

Delivery format
Details of how Pipeliner CRM delivers events to StackOne.
One event per request
Each request carries a single event, sent as a one-element list. StackOne routes it to the matching event handler, and the event data contains the changed record under entity, the event name under event, and the event time under event_time.
Related records
Document linked and comment events also include the linked document or the new comment under related_entity.
Paired events
Won and lost transitions are also reported as an update, so enabling both events delivers two events for the same change.
