new-actions new-events data-sync guide downstream-change bug-fixActions renamed to match Insightly’s own verbs (list_* to get_*, create_* to add_*, search_* to get_*_filtered) — existing action ids will no longer resolve. New actions add_lead_source, add_lead_status, add_team, get_teams, get_custom_fields, get_emails and get_milestones are the discovery paths for TEAM_ID, CUSTOMFIELDS, MILESTONE_ID and CATEGORY_ID; these fields now say what an empty result means rather than leaving callers to guess an id and hit a bare 400. Restored the record-visibility fields (VISIBLE_TO, VISIBLE_TEAM_ID, PUBLICLY_VISIBLE); VISIBLE_TO no longer offers INDIVIDUALS, which v3.1 rejects. Update actions document partial-update semantics and no longer mark optional fields as required. BID_TYPE and FORECAST_CLOSE_DATE document undisclosed provider constraints that previously failed silently. Added webhooks — Insightly has no subscription API, so events come from a Workflow Automation webhook action pointed at the connection’s Native Webhook URL, covering created, updated and deleted for six record types; a workflow whose criteria has no filter rows fires only on creation, so update events need one. Data Sync is available on 22 list actions as full refreshes, since Insightly accepts an updated-since filter only on its Search endpoints. The API key and webhook connection guides were rebuilt from the live portal with screenshots.
