data-sync bug-fix authAdded Data Sync support for projects and available projects, so these collections can be synced on a schedule and read back without calling Firebase each time. Both refresh in full on every run, because the Management API accepts no updated-since filter on either endpoint. Also fixed OAuth authorization, which previously failed when connecting a Firebase account.
