Prerequisites
The connector should already be set up, with a Connector Profile and a Linked Account. See Getting Started on the Eventbrite connector page. Before you connect
Eventbrite subscribes webhooks at organisation level, so the connection needs to know which organisation to listen to.
Provide the Organization ID
Enter the ID of the organisation whose events you want to receive in the Organization ID field. If you do not know it, connect the account first, run the List Organizations action, then reconnect using the value it returns.
One organisation per connection
The subscription covers only the organisation you specify. If you administer several Eventbrite organisations, create a separate connection for each one.
The organisation must have at least one event
Eventbrite requires the organisation to have at least one existing event before a webhook can be created. Provisioning will fail on an organisation that has none.
What StackOne creates in Eventbrite
The subscription is provisioned automatically when the account is connected and removed again when it is disconnected.
A single organisation webhook
One webhook is registered against the organisation and subscribed to every event type this connector supports. It is listed in Eventbrite alongside your other webhooks, together with its delivery history.
Do not modify or delete it in Eventbrite
The subscription is managed by StackOne. Editing its endpoint or its actions interrupts delivery until the account is reconnected. Deleting it in Eventbrite is permanent and removes the webhook together with its delivery history.
