The email must belong to a user with administrator access to the CEIPAL ATS product. The API password and API key are configured in the ATS Admin Panel, not the user’s login password.

Get your CEIPAL API credentials

CEIPAL issues API credentials per account. Contact your CEIPAL account representative if API access is not enabled.

Open the API settings

Sign in to CEIPAL ATS as an administrator and open Setup > API Settings.

Copy the API key and set the API password

Copy the API Key and set or copy the API password configured for API use.

  • Enter the admin user’s email in the Email field.
  • Enter the API password in the API Password field.
  • Enter the API key in the API Key field.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Email
  • API Password
  • API Key

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account on your Accounts page.
