Organization Roles - Stackone

Every user in the organization is either an Organization Admin or an Organization Member:

Role	Access
Organization Admin	Manage and view everything in the organization: members, security settings, and every project with its connector profiles and linked accounts.
Organization Member	Only the projects they’re granted access to, directly or through a group. Organization > Manage Team is hidden from them.

Organization Admins can’t link accounts through a restricted connector profile without a grant. If explicit account access is enabled, they can only view other people’s accounts until granted a role on them.

Organization roles shown for two users. User A, an Organization Admin, manages members and security settings and everything in Project 1 and Project 2. User B, an Organization Member who is a Project Member on Project 1, has no access to members and security settings or to Project 2. In Project 1, User B can link accounts through connector profiles and manages the account they linked, but has no access to the account User D linked.

An Organization Admin can change a user’s role at any time on the Members tab of Organization > Manage Team.

Give people access to a project, from running it to only viewing it.

Manage Team

Invite users and change their roles.
