Overview
Most API integrations work out-of-the-box with the standard StackOne API integration configuration. See our standard integration connector guides for setting up a customer account.
For some providers additional setup is required to allow them to communicate with the StackOne platform or to enable new features to the existing integration and workflows beyond the scope of our standard integration offerings.
The customer may also be presented with further configuration options to setup the integration to suit their particular environment. Depending on the integration they may also be expected see changes on their front end-use of the underlying systems.
