Finding Your Account Credentials

To connect Twilio with StackOne, you’ll need your Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio Console.

Log in to Twilio Console

Sign in to your Twilio Console.

Locate Account Info

On the Console Dashboard, find the Account Info section.

  • Your Account SID is displayed (starts with AC)
  • Your Auth Token is hidden by default - click Show to reveal it

Copy Your Credentials

Copy both the Account SID and Auth Token and store them securely for use later.

  • Account SID format: ACxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  • ⚠️ Keep your Auth Token secure as it provides full access to your Twilio account

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Region
  • Account SID
  • Auth Token

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
