Create an API token
Use either a global API token or an Uptime API token for the team you want to review.

Open API tokens
In Better Stack, go to Settings > API tokens.

Copy a token
Copy a token from Global API tokens, or pick your team under Team-based tokens and copy a token from Uptime API tokens.

Enter the team name if needed
If you use a global API token and your organization has more than one team, enter the exact name of the team to review in Team Name.
Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub
Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields
Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
- API Token
- Team Name (Optional)

Connect
- Click Connect
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
