# Connect Zoho Bigin with OAuth 2.0 – StackOne Hub

> Link a Zoho Bigin account in the StackOne Hub using OAuth 2.0. End-user guide to authorize the integration and start using Zoho Bigin actions.

> [!WARNING]
>
> The Bigin user who authorizes the connection decides what StackOne can read. Use a user on the Administrator profile, which Bigin describes as having access to all features. Bigin does not document which profile permission lets a user list the other users, so a user on another profile may be refused when the account is connected. StackOne only reads.

## Find your Data Center

The **Data Center** is the Zoho region that hosts your Bigin account. It is part of the address you use to open Bigin.

**1. Sign in to Bigin**

Sign in to your [Bigin account](https://bigin.zoho.com) and read the domain in your browser address bar.

<ul>
  <li>**United States (US)**: `bigin.zoho.com`</li>
  <li>**Europe (EU)**: `bigin.zoho.eu`</li>
  <li>**India (IN)**: `bigin.zoho.in`</li>
  <li>**Australia (AU)**: `bigin.zoho.com.au`</li>
  <li>**Japan (JP)**: `bigin.zoho.jp`</li>
  <li>**Singapore (SG)**: `bigin.zoho.sg`</li>
  <li>**United Kingdom (UK)**: `bigin.zoho.uk`</li>
  <li>**Canada (CA)**: `bigin.zohocloud.ca`</li>
  <li>**Saudi Arabia (SA)**: `bigin.zoho.sa`</li>
  <li>**United Arab Emirates (AE)**: `bigin.zoho.ae`</li>
  <li>**China (CN)**: `bigin.zoho.com.cn`</li>
  <li>China (CN) works only with a Zoho client registered in China. If the authorization fails there, ask the person who set up this connection.</li>
  <li>If your address shows another domain, this connection does not support your data center.</li>
</ul>

**2. Select the Data Center**

Choose the matching option in the **Data Center** field in StackOne Hub.

<ul>
  <li>A Data Center that does not match your Bigin address makes the connection fail. Check the address bar again and reconnect with the matching option.</li>
</ul>

## Authorize the connection

After you select the Data Center, StackOne Hub opens Zoho's authorization page for that region.

<ul>
  <li>Sign in as the Bigin user from the warning above. If Zoho shows you signed in as someone else, sign out first.</li>
  <li>Review the requested read access, then accept the request.</li>
  <li>StackOne then reads one user, the organization and the admin list to test the connection. If the user cannot read them, StackOne Hub shows Zoho's message.</li>
</ul>

## Revoke access

To stop StackOne from reading your Bigin account, revoke its access in Zoho.

<ul>
  <li>The user who authorized signs in to [Zoho Accounts](https://accounts.zoho.com) (on the China data center, [Zoho Accounts China](https://accounts.zoho.com.cn)), clicks **Sessions** in the left menu and scrolls to **Connected Apps**.</li>
  <li>Hover over the app with the name shown when you authorized, click **Revoke Access**, then click **Yes, Proceed**.</li>
  <li>The connection then fails until someone authorizes it again.</li>
</ul>

## Linking the Account from the Hub

**1. Navigate to the Hub**

Use one of the three [Linking Account Methods](https://docs.stackone.com/connect/managing-connectors/linking-accounts.md) to access the Hub.

**2. Fill out the fields**

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:

<ul>
  <li>**Data Center**</li>
</ul>

**3. Connect**

<ul>
  <li>Click **Connect**</li>
  <li>If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider's authorization flow.</li>
  <li>Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup</li>
</ul>

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account on your [Accounts](https://app.stackone.com/accounts) page.
