# Connect Wealthbox with Personal Access Token – StackOne Hub

> Link a Wealthbox account in the StackOne Hub using Personal Access Token. End-user guide to authorize the integration and start using Wealthbox actions.

## Generating an API access token

A personal API access token authenticates requests to Wealthbox. It acts with the permissions of the Wealthbox user who creates it.

**1. Sign in to Wealthbox**

Sign in to your [Wealthbox account](https://app.crmworkspace.com/users/login).

  <li>Click your name in the top-right corner and select **Personal Settings**.</li>

**2. Open API access**

In the settings sidebar, click **API Access**, then click **Create Access Token**.

**3. Name and save the token**

Enter a label for the token in **New Access Token**.

<ul>
  <li>Label: any name, for example `StackOne Integration`</li>
  <li>Click **Save**.</li>
</ul>

**4. Copy the token**

In the **API Token Created** dialog, click the copy button next to the token and store it securely for use later.

<ul>
  <li>The token is only displayed once and cannot be viewed again.</li>
  <li>Paste it into the **API Access Token** field in StackOne Hub.</li>

## Linking the Account from the Hub

**1. Navigate to the Hub**

Use one of the three [Linking Account Methods](https://docs.stackone.com/connect/managing-connectors/linking-accounts.md) to access the Hub.

**2. Fill out the fields**

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:

<ul>
  <li>**API Access Token**</li>
</ul>

**3. Connect**

<ul>
  <li>Click **Connect**</li>
  <li>If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider's authorization flow.</li>
  <li>Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup</li>
</ul>

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account on your [Accounts](https://app.stackone.com/accounts) page.
