# Connect Toggl with API Token – StackOne Hub

> Link a Toggl account in the StackOne Hub using API Token. End-user guide to authorize the integration and start using Toggl actions.

<Warning>Ensure you have Admin privileges within your Toggl account.</Warning>

  <h2>Get your API token</h2>

  <p>Your Toggl Track API token authenticates your account with StackOne.</p>

    <Step title="Sign in to Toggl Track">

        <p>Sign in to your <a href="https://track.toggl.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Toggl Track account</a>.</p>

        <ul>
          <li>Click your profile icon at the bottom of the left sidebar.</li>
          <li>Select <strong>Profile Settings</strong>.</li>
        </ul>

        <p>Scroll to the bottom of the Profile Settings page to the <strong>API Token</strong> section.</p>

        <ul>
          <li>If no token exists, click the button on the right to generate one.</li>
          <li>Click <strong>Click to reveal</strong> to display the token, then copy it.</li>
          <li>Store it securely for use later.</li>

  <h2>Linking the Account from the Hub</h2>

    <Step title="Navigate to the Hub">
      Use one of the three <a href="/guides/accounts-section#linking-accounts">Linking Account Methods</a> to access the Hub.

    <Step title="Fill out the fields">
      Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:

        <li><strong>API Token</strong></li>
      </ul>

        <li>Click <strong>Connect</strong></li>
        <li>If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider's authorization flow.</li>
        <li>Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup</li>

  <p>If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your <a href="/guides/accounts-section">Accounts</a> page.</p>
