# Connect SPS Commerce with OAuth 2.0 - Client Credentials (Machine-to-Machine) – StackOne Hub

> Link a SPS Commerce account in the StackOne Hub using OAuth 2.0 - Client Credentials (Machine-to-Machine). End-user guide to authorize the integration and start using SPS Commerce actions.

  <h2>Create a Machine-to-Machine application</h2>

  <p>Register a Machine-to-Machine application in the SPS Commerce Dev Center to obtain Client Credentials.</p>

    <Step title="Sign in to the SPS Dev Center">

        <p>Sign in to the <a href="https://developercenter.spscommerce.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">SPS Commerce Dev Center</a>.</p>

        <ul>
          <li>In the top navigation, click <strong>Applications</strong>.</li>
          <li>Click <strong>Create New Application</strong>.</li>
        </ul>

    <Step title="Configure the application">

        <p>Enter a name and select Machine-to-Machine as the application type.</p>

        <ul>
          <li>Give your app a valid name (e.g., `StackOne Integration`).</li>
          <li>Select <strong>Machine-to-Machine</strong> as the application type.</li>
          <li>Authorize the SPS services your integration needs (Transaction API, Shipping Label API, Packing Slip API, Trading Partner Submission API).</li>
          <li>Click <strong>Create</strong>.</li>

    <Step title="Find your credentials">

        <p>Each app issues two key sets — <strong>Sandbox Keys</strong> (for testing) and <strong>Production Keys</strong> (for live use). Both contain a Client ID and a Client Secret.</p>

        <ul>
          <li>Open the <strong>Application Keys</strong> tab on your app's page.</li>
          <li>Copy the <strong>Client ID</strong> and <strong>Client Secret</strong> for the environment you intend to use.</li>
          <li>Store the Client Secret securely — it will not be shown again.</li>

  <h2>Linking the Account from the Hub</h2>

    <Step title="Navigate to the Hub">
      Use one of the three <a href="/guides/accounts-section#linking-accounts">Linking Account Methods</a> to access the Hub.

    <Step title="Fill out the fields">
      Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:

      <ul>
        <li><strong>Client ID</strong></li>
        <li><strong>Client Secret</strong></li>
      </ul>

        <li>Click <strong>Connect</strong></li>
        <li>If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider's authorization flow.</li>
        <li>Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup</li>

  <p>If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your <a href="/guides/accounts-section">Accounts</a> page.</p>
