# PandaDoc Webhook Setup Guide

> Configure PandaDoc to deliver events to StackOne.

## Prerequisites

The connector should already be set up, with a Connector Profile and a Linked Account. See [Getting Started](https://docs.stackone.com/connectors/pandadoc.md#getting-started) on the PandaDoc connector page.

## How PandaDoc webhooks are set up

StackOne creates and manages the PandaDoc webhook subscription automatically when the account is connected, using the account's API key or OAuth token, and removes it when the account is disconnected. There is nothing to configure in PandaDoc.

The subscription belongs to the workspace of the connected API key or OAuth user, so events come from that workspace only.

PandaDoc allows up to 300 webhook subscriptions per workspace.

## Available webhook events

The following PandaDoc events can be enabled. Only events selected in StackOne are included in the subscription, so PandaDoc does not deliver events that are not selected.

**1. Document events**

Events on documents and their recipients.

**Document State Changed** (`document_state_changed`) — Fired when a document's status changes, for example to draft, sent, viewed, completed, paid or declined

**Document Completed PDF Ready** (`document_completed_pdf_ready`) — Fired when a document is completed and its PDF has been saved

**Document Updated** (`document_updated`) — Fired when a document is returned to draft

**Recipient Completed** (`recipient_completed`) — Fired when a recipient completes a document

**Document Deleted** (`document_deleted`) — Fired when a document is removed

**Document Creation Failed** (`document_creation_failed`) — Fired when document creation through the API fails

**Document Section Added** (`document_section_added`) — Fired when a section finishes being added to a document

**Quote Updated** (`quote_updated`) — Fired when a quote is saved in the Quote Builder

**2. Template events**

Events on templates.

**Template Created** (`template_created`) — Fired when a template is created

**Template Updated** (`template_updated`) — Fired when a template's name, roles or sections change

**Template Deleted** (`template_deleted`) — Fired when a template is deleted

**3. Content library events**

Events on content library items.

**Content Library Item Created** (`content_library_item_created`) — Fired when a content library item is created

**Content Library Item Creation Failed** (`content_library_item_creation_failed`) — Fired when content library item creation through the API fails

## Delivery format

PandaDoc sends each delivery as a JSON array of events. StackOne routes each delivery by its first event and passes that event's data object on as the event payload.

## Verify

Your Connector should now be able to receive and process events. Try triggering an event and you should see an Event appear in the Connector logs.
