  `auth` `breaking-changes`

  Added per-auth-type authRequirements binding. Admin API Key actions (deployments, agent jobs, analytics, feedback) and Assistant API Key actions (search, page content, AI chat) are now each restricted to their required auth type, since the two keys are not interchangeable. Also fixed the Assistant API Key connection test to use an assistant action instead of an admin-only one.
