# Connect KnowBe4 with Reporting API Token – StackOne Hub

> Link a KnowBe4 account in the StackOne Hub using Reporting API Token. End-user guide to authorize the integration and start using KnowBe4 actions.

> [!WARNING]
>
> KnowBe4's Reporting API is available to Platinum, Diamond, SAT Foundation and SAT Advanced customers. A Reporting API token works only with the Reporting actions. The KSAT actions need a Product API token and the user event actions need a User Event API key, each on its own connection.

## Find your region

Your region is the KnowBe4 data center that hosts your account. StackOne uses it to pick the Reporting API address for your account.

<ul>
  <li>Look at the address in your browser while you are signed in to the KnowBe4 console.</li>
  <li>Format: `{subdomain}.knowbe4.com`</li>
  <li>Example: `eu.knowbe4.com`</li>
  <li>`training.knowbe4.com` is **US (training.knowbe4.com)**</li>
  <li>`eu.knowbe4.com` is **EU (eu.knowbe4.com)**</li>
  <li>`ca.knowbe4.com` is **Canada (ca.knowbe4.com)**</li>
  <li>`uk.knowbe4.com` is **UK (uk.knowbe4.com)**</li>
  <li>`de.knowbe4.com` is **Germany (de.knowbe4.com)**</li>
  <li>Select the matching option in the **Region** field in StackOne Hub.</li>
</ul>

## Create a Reporting API token

A Reporting API token lets StackOne read users, groups, phishing and training data through the Reporting API. It is separate from the Product API token and the User Event API key.

**1. Sign in to KnowBe4**

Sign in to your [KnowBe4 console](https://training.knowbe4.com/ui/dashboard/) as an admin, at the address for your region.

<ul>
  <li>Outside the US, use your region's address instead, for example `https://eu.knowbe4.com`.</li>
  <li>Click your email address at the top right of the page and select **Account Settings**.</li>
  <li>Navigate to **Account Integrations** > **API**.</li>
</ul>

**2. Turn on Reporting API access**

In the **Reporting API** section, turn on **Enable Reporting API Access**. Tokens don't work until this is on.

**3. Create and copy the token**

On the **Reporting API** subtab, click **+ Create New API Token**, name it `StackOne Integration` and create it.

<ul>
  <li>KnowBe4 shows the token once. Later you can see only its last 10 digits, so a lost token needs a new one.</li>
  <li>Copy the **Reporting API Token** across.</li>
</ul>

## Replace or revoke the token

Manage the token on the **Reporting API** subtab under **Account Integrations** > **API**.

<ul>
  <li>To revoke it, open the **Actions** menu for the token and select **Delete**. The connection stops working.</li>
  <li>KnowBe4 tokens expire after five years at most. Create a new one before then and copy the new **Reporting API Token** across.</li>
</ul>

## Link the Account

**1. Connect**

<ul>
  <li>Click **Connect**.</li>
  <li>If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider's authorization flow.</li>
  <li>Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup.</li>
</ul>

**2. Use Actions**

Connect an AI platform to the linked account's actions. See [AI Platforms](https://docs.stackone.com/connect/ai-platforms/overview.md).

Other ways to call actions are listed in [Protocols & SDKs](https://docs.stackone.com/connect/protocols-and-sdks.md).
