# Kameleoon OAuth 2.0 connector profile – StackOne setup guide

> Set up a connector profile using OAuth 2.0 for Kameleoon in StackOne to allow users to link their accounts.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Kameleoon issues OAuth apps through your Kameleoon Technical Account Manager, so request one before anyone links an account. The API credentials on your **My profile** page are a separate pair for the client credentials connection.

## Requesting a Kameleoon OAuth app

Kameleoon issues the OAuth app credentials once it has your redirect URL.

**1. Request the OAuth app**

Ask your Kameleoon Technical Account Manager for an Automation API OAuth app that uses the authorization code flow.

Give them the **Callback URL** from your Connector Profile as the app's redirect URL.

If you don't know your Technical Account Manager, contact [Kameleoon Global Support](https://www.kameleoon.com/support).

**2. Copy the credentials**

Kameleoon sends you the app's Client ID (`client_id`) and Client Secret (`client_secret`).

Copy the Client ID into your Connector Profile.

Copy the Client Secret into your Connector Profile.

Keep the Client Secret private, and store it somewhere safe in case you need it again.

## Create the StackOne Connector Profile

**1. Create a Connector Profile**

Enable the connector and create a Connector Profile in your project. See [Setup Connector Profile](https://docs.stackone.com/gateway/quickstart.md#setup-connector-profile).

**2. Link an Account**

Once the Connector Profile is created, continue to [link an account](https://docs.stackone.com/connectors/kameleoon/guides/link-account/oauth-2-0.md).
