<Update label="v2.0.0" description="29 Sept 2026">
  `new-actions` `new-events` `data-sync` `guide` `downstream-change` `bug-fix`

  Actions renamed to match Insightly's own verbs (list\_\* to get\_\*, create\_\* to add\_\*, search\_\* to
  get\_\*\_filtered) — existing action ids will no longer resolve. New actions add\_lead\_source,
  add\_lead\_status, add\_team, get\_teams, get\_custom\_fields, get\_emails and get\_milestones are the
  discovery paths for TEAM\_ID, CUSTOMFIELDS, MILESTONE\_ID and CATEGORY\_ID; these fields now say
  what an empty result means rather than leaving callers to guess an id and hit a bare 400.
  Restored the record-visibility fields (VISIBLE\_TO, VISIBLE\_TEAM\_ID, PUBLICLY\_VISIBLE);
  VISIBLE\_TO no longer offers INDIVIDUALS, which v3.1 rejects. Update actions document
  partial-update semantics and no longer mark optional fields as required. BID\_TYPE and
  FORECAST\_CLOSE\_DATE document undisclosed provider constraints that previously failed silently.
  Added webhooks — Insightly has no subscription API, so events come from a Workflow Automation
  webhook action pointed at the connection's Native Webhook URL, covering created, updated and
  deleted for six record types; a workflow whose criteria has no filter rows fires only on
  creation, so update events need one. Data Sync is available on 22 list actions as full
  refreshes, since Insightly accepts an updated-since filter only on its Search endpoints. The
  API key and webhook connection guides were rebuilt from the live portal with screenshots.
