  Fixed IAM list pagination past page 1 on unified\_list\_users, unified\_list\_groups, and unified\_list\_organizations — the raw page-number result.next overrode StackOne's virtual-pagination cursor and could not survive a round-trip, causing 400 Invalid cursor past the first page. Replaced with a fixed page fan-out that lets virtual pagination own the cursor end-to-end. Re-sourced unified\_list\_groups from GET /user/teams (which returns only the connected user's own teams) to a per-organization fan-out over GET /orgs/\{org}/teams, so the action returns every team visible across the connection's organizations rather than just the caller's memberships.
