# Expensify OAuth 2.0 connector profile – StackOne setup guide

> Set up a connector profile using OAuth 2.0 for Expensify in StackOne to allow users to link their accounts.

## Request OAuth partner access

Expensify's OAuth 2.0 API access is in private beta and requires manual enrollment before you can create an application.

**1. Request IS OAuth Partner enrollment**

Sign in to your [Expensify account](https://www.expensify.com/signin), then go to the [IS OAuth Partner Enrollment page](https://www.expensify.com/tools/integrations/partners/). If your account is not yet enrolled, it shows **Your account is not enrolled as an IS OAuth partner.** Click **fill out this form** to open a pre-addressed email requesting enrollment.

The email is addressed to `concierge@expensify.com` with the subject **IS OAuth Partner Enrollment Request**.

Expensify reviews and approves enrollment requests manually — there is no self-serve signup.

## Create the OAuth application

Once your enrollment is approved, Expensify provisions a Client ID and Client Secret for your application from the same IS OAuth Partner Enrollment page.

**1. Copy your credentials**

Copy the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** into your Connector Profile.

The Client Secret is only displayed once and cannot be retrieved later. If you lose it, generate a new one from the IS OAuth Partner Enrollment page — this immediately invalidates the old secret.

**2. Set the callback URL**

In your OAuth application's redirect URI setting, enter the **Callback URL** from your Connector Profile.

## Create the StackOne Connector Profile

**1. Create a Connector Profile**

Enable the connector and create a Connector Profile in your project. See [Setup Connector Profile](https://docs.stackone.com/gateway/quickstart.md#setup-connector-profile).

**2. Link an Account**

Once the Connector Profile is created, continue to [link an account](https://docs.stackone.com/connectors/expensify/guides/link-account/oauth-2-0.md).
